The QX200 AutoDG Droplet Digital PCR System eliminates user-to-user variability and streamlines the Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) workflow. Bio-Rad’s ddPCR technology, the most accurate and sensitive digital PCR solution for the absolute quantification of target DNA molecules, is made more scalable and flexible with the AutoDG Instrument.

Features of the QX200 AutoDG Droplet Digital PCR system

AutoDG Instrument:

• Uses LED lighting and a large, color touch screen to assist with setup and loading.
• Both the QX100 and QX200 Droplet Digital PCR Systems are compatible.
• In less than 45 minutes, it produces droplets for 96 ddPCR experiments.
• Four to five droplet readers can be continually supplied by a single AutoDG instrument.
• The device may be installed in any scientific setting thanks to its HEPA-filtered enclosure, which lowers contamination.
• Run-to-run versatility is provided by a user-definable plate configuration with increments of eight wells.
