Agilent BioTek Cytation 5 Cell Imaging Multimode Reader

The Agilent BioTek Cytation 5 cell imaging multimode reader is a platform that can be upgraded and configured to combine automated digital microscopy and traditional microplate detection. Numerous biochemical and imaging applications can be automated with this patented design and Agilent BioTek Gen5 microplate reader and imager software.

With a modular and upgradeable imaging mode, Cytation 5 builds on the heritage of the Agilent BioTek multimode plate readers. A variety of uses for cell-based assays that are not possible with a conventional plate reader are made possible by imaging. The Cytation 5 imaging mode provides information on cell shape, signal localization, cell count, and other aspects.
