Invitrogen Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer
The Invitrogen Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer provides acoustically tuned flow cytometry and multicolor analysis in the lab. This flow cytometer has adjustable optical configuration choices for excellent efficiency and versatile use. The Attune NxT detects up to 35,000 events per second by combining hydrodynamic focusing and acoustic focus technology, producing findings ten times faster than other flow cytometers. Small or valuable samples can be analyzed more rapidly and effectively by users.

Cell cycle study, stem cell analysis, immunophenotyping and signaling research, cancer and apoptosis studies, and unusual event detection are all made possible by the Invitrogen Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer. The modular architecture of this flow cytometer also allows you to modify or add features as your needs evolve.

Up to 16 parameters, 14 colors, and 4 lasers can be stored in the system. For up to nine detection channels, including forward and side scatter, this system is equipped with both red and blue lasers. The system is designed with a clog-resistant syringe mechanism that can exert up to 75 psi of force to keep things moving. Additionally, it’s small enough to fit in places like cell culture hoods where it’s most needed.

The Attune NxT autosampler is paired with this flow cytometer to provide automated capability. This autosampler uses clever probe technology to avoid clogs and is compatible with deep well and 96-384 formats. To maintain efficiency, the autosampler also does autocleaning.
