We provide mini-plants for kilo-scale manufacturing, process simulation, scale up, and chemical process development with the miniPilot product family (Reactor, Nutsch filter, and scrubber).

Inert materials and the reactor’s explosion-proof design (ATEX) enable the safe processing of acids and solvents in a fully sealed reaction vessel. Since there are interchangeable stirrers and reaction vessels with capacities of 5, 10, and 15 liters, the small standard reactor configuration is easily adaptable.
