BioTek Cytation 3 Cell Imaging MultiMode Microplate Reader
The Cytation3 is a multi-mode reader for cell imaging. Fluorescence intensity (FI), fluorescence polarization (FP), time-resolved fluorescence (TRF), luminescence, UV-visible absorbance, and imaging are among the Cytation3 detection modes, depending on the model. Gen5 software controls every aspect of the reader’s functioning, including data reduction and processing. The Cytation3 is compatible with the BioTek BioStack 3 Microplate Stacker and is accessible by robot. To make it easier to integrate the Cytation3 into an automated system, Gen5 supports OLE automation.
